Used Motor Oil Can be brought to the Frankfort Street Department for no charge. The waste oil is used to heat the Street Department shop. There is a container for “good” used oil which can be burnt, and a separate container for oil that has been mixed with water or sludge. Oil drop off is self serve, but you can always call the Street Dept. (765) 659-2912 or Solid Waste District (855) 659-4257 for assistance.
