Used or broken microwaves can be brought to Wild Cat Solid Waste District to be recycled. Microwaves are sent to an e-waste processing facility in Indiana where they are disassembled by hand. Parts are then sorted into the different waste streams such as steel, copper, and plastic and recycled.
