Clinton County residents may recycle their obsolete and retired cell phones with the Frankfort Police Department or the Clinton County Sheriff Office. It is requested that all phone peripherals are included with the phone (charger, cables, battery, etc.) Please bring cell phones and peripherals to the location of your choice. Wild Cat Solid Waste District will also accept used cell phones.
