Styrofoam or polystyrene is not currently recyclable in Clinton County. Styrofoam can be set out with the regular trash or taken to the Clinton County Landfill. Frankfort residents can also put Styrofoam in the trash roll-off dumpster at the Frankfort Street Dept.
